For trade manufacturing, ownership of custom designs is discussed and agreed on a job-by-job basis before work begins. Some projects arrive as complete client-owned designs, while others involve Black Rose supporting with design development, CAD, technical refinement, samples, moulds, or production solutions.
Where original design work, CAD files, moulds, samples, or production methods are created as part of a project, the rights to use, reproduce, adapt, retain, or make those assets exclusive will be confirmed privately within the project terms.
Confidential by default
We respect trade clients, private-label work, and the relationship you hold with your customer. Confidentiality, branding, design usage, CAD access, mould retention, and exclusivity can all be clarified before manufacture.
